Introduction To strengthen our Finance team, we are looking for a Senior Controller (m/f/d) with 5–7 years of relevant experience – either full-time or part-time (up to approx. 20 hours/week). You will work in a private-equity-owned setup (holding structure) with high standards regarding professionalism, transparency, and steering capabilities – in an international environment with multiple locations. Target start date: 01 June 2026 Your mission Commercial partnering: proactive collaboration with Sales / Customer Success (GTM/CS) and ownership for steering impulses Perform ad-hoc analyses Analyze and monitor SaaS metrics (e.g., ARR/MRR, churn, NRR, CAC, LTV, cohorts) Sales/CS controlling: pipeline, revenue and retention analyses; derive recommendations for action Interface to Revenue Operations / Sales Operations (data, processes, KPIs) Support pricing analyses and revenue planning Create and continuously improve reporting, forecasts, and budget planning Analyze business KPIs and derive recommendations for action Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings Further develop controlling processes and tools Your profile Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or a comparable field 5–7 years of relevant controlling experience, ideally close to revenue (commercial / sales / CS) Strong analytical mindset and structured way of working Confident with Excel; ideally experience with BI and/or ERP systems Very good German and good English skills (written and spoken) Experience in the software/SaaS environment is a strong plus THE JOY OF WORKING WITH US A new McKinsey management team and a private-equity-owned company – you actively shape Finance in an exciting transformation phase High visibility: direct exposure to VP Finance and executive leadership; your analyses directly influence strategic decisions Build instead of maintain: you develop and improve reporting, forecasting, and controlling processes in a modern tool setup with a strong AI focus, with real room for automation Work with real SaaS metrics (MRR/ARR, churn, NRR, CAC, LTV, cohorts) in a data-driven, international environment Close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Management – true business partnering instead of pure reporting A supportive, pragmatic team with open communication, short paths, and genuine sparring at eye level Job Location Hybrid – connection to Pforzheim (headquarter), with collaboration across multiple locations (incl.
