Senior Designer / Art Director & Motion Designer (on-site Hamburg)

We’re looking for a Senior Designer / Art Director with exceptional design craft, a sharp visual eye, and the ability to tell compelling stories across digital formats. This is not a UX role. You’ll develop digital campaign assets across all major touchpoints – from newsletter and banner to TikTok videos and fully designed landing pages. You’re fluent in Figma, skilled in motion and film editing, and excited about what AI tools can do for creative output. You know how to get from moodboard to masterpiece, quickly. And you’re not afraid to open Figma and push out a great layout within hours when needed. 🧠 You love developing smart creative ideas that actually work – no matter the format. 🚀 You thrive in fast-paced environments where thinking, designing, and doing go hand-in-hand. 💡 You know that even the best ideas need precision, craft and a touch of magic to truly shine.
