As part of our ongoing technical transformation, we are modernizing legacy systems, introducing domain-oriented services and strengthening our infrastructure and operations to build a secure, reliable and scalable platform. To drive this journey, we are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer (gn) – Lead Role. In this key position, you will own our cloud infrastructure end-to-end, establish a sustainable operating model for a multi-stakeholder DevOps function and build self‑service capabilities that empower our product teams. Own our cloud infrastructure across AWS (EKS, MSK, RDS, S3, IAM) and small-scale Azure workloads, including Terraform-based provisioning, cost optimization and capacity planning Ensure reliable deployments through full ownership of our CI/CD landscape (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Helm), including rollbacks, progressive delivery and drift detection Build and maintain self-service platform capabilities that enable product teams to provision and deploy independently Define SLIs/SLOs across critical services and optimize our observability setup with Datadog Own and enhance our cloud and pipeline security posture (network policies, secrets management, container security, ISO 27001 controls) while strengthening supply-chain security and access governance Lead and develop our DevOps team (1 internal engineer + 2 external FTEs) and establish processes for intake, prioritization and communication Your profile 5+ years in DevOps, SRE or Platform Engineering, including 2+ years in a senior or lead function Strong hands-on experience with Terraform, Kubernetes (preferably EKS), GitOps and observability (Datadog) Deep AWS expertise (IAM, VPC, MSK/Kafka, RDS, S3); experience with Azure or GCP is a plus Solid understanding of infrastructure security: network policies, secrets, container scanning, IAM and ISO 27001 Experience leading a small team and collaborating across multiple stakeholders Ability to translate infrastructure concerns into business impact combined with a builder mindset Why us?
