What the Candidate Will Do 1. Own the end-to-end sales cycle for priority Retail accounts, from outbound strategy to signed agreement 2. Identify, prioritize, and execute against a pipeline of high-impact Retail brands 3. Build and manage executive-level relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders 4. Lead commercial negotiations, including deal structuring and contract execution 5. Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Partner Management to successfully launch and scale new Retail partnerships 6. Deliver against quarterly and annual revenue targets while expanding Uber Eats' Retail footprint Basic Qualifications 1. 6+ years of professional experience in sales, business development, or partnerships 2. Experience owning and closing complex, net-new business opportunities 3. Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior executives, including C-suite stakeholders Preferred Qualifications 1. Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and signing multi-location or national partnerships 2. Experience navigating complex organizations and driving alignment across executive decision-makers 3. Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with the ability to structure strategic, long-term agreements For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$134,000 per year - USD$149,500 per year. For Dallas, TX-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$134,000 per year - USD$149,500 per year. For Miami, FL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$134,000 per year - USD$149,500 per year. For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$149,000 per year - USD$166,000 per year. For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$149,000 per year - USD$166,000 per year. For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award, sales bonuses & other types of comp. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
