As new challenges and opportunities arise on a daily basis, we are searching for new, energetic individuals to join our Storefront team responsible for supporting our customers by focusing on user engagement and conversion.Primary responsibilities involve developing and maintaining customer-facing features and components across Content Management, Advertising and Customer Relations. Additionally, promotional product pages, marketing features and SEO initiatives will fall under the ownership of our team.To expand our team, we are seeking another Senior Frontend Engineer (f/x/m) proficient in React and Frontend technologies.We work remote, distributed, together: Whether fully remote within Germany or on-site in our offices in Berlin & Erlangen - always as a team, always customer-oriented and data-driven.You can find our techstack here.Here’s what you’ll be doingWe are constantly working on improving our customers’ satisfaction through landing pages, specialized tools for accessing our assortment, helpful content and guides, as well as easily reachable contact points to our customer service.You’ll drive pivotal projects from development to production launch, including international advertising expansion and landing page enhancements.Implementation and maintenance of new and existing Product features.We conduct thorough automated unit and integration tests to maintain high-quality standards, extended with manual testing as well. Quality assurance is a top priority for us.You’ll help propel the team forward, leading technical solution planning and ensuring project goals are met within expected timelinesYou’ll engage and collaborate with stakeholders and other engineering teams on business-critical projects and featuresWhat you should bring to the tableAt least 5 years of current work experience as a Frontend Engineer working with ReactExperience with React Server Components is a plusDeep knowledge of strict TypescriptFluency in Component testing using tools such as Vitest and PlaywrightProficient with CSS3. Experience with Tailwind is advantageousExperience with Design Systems and Design System tools such as StorybookUnderstanding of semantic HTML and ARIA patterns for developing accessible user experiencesHands-on experience with PHP is a plus, but not requiredOur tech stackShop-Frontend: We use React & Typescript on the client side while leveraging Tailwind for styling and design.Shop-Backend: We are on PHP 8.4.
