Short Description SPREAD builds engineering intelligence for the world's most complex products. Our AI-native platform gives automotive OEMs, defense primes, and industrial manufacturers a single source of product truth so engineering teams can make confident decisions, fast. We work with companies like Volkswagen, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and Rheinmetall. Backed by HV Capital, DTCP, Cavalry Ventures, and La Famiglia. Your Mission You own the pipeline. Your job is to build and run targeted campaigns that turn engineering leaders at enterprise accounts into qualified opportunities. You'll work closely with sales to define account strategies, design multi-touch campaigns (digital, events, content syndication, and ABM), and measure what actually converts. You also provide strategic direction for two to three flagship-owned events per year (CUBE, INAI), working with an external agency that handles execution. This is a small, senior marketing team. You won't have layers between you and impact. What You'll Do Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns targeting automotive, defense, and industrial accounts, primarily in DACH and Europe. Own pipeline targets and campaign ROI, working hand-in-hand with sales on account prioritization and follow-through. Build the ABM strategy for SPREAD's top-tier enterprise accounts. Define the strategy for our owned events and ensure the external agency delivers on-brand. Represent SPREAD at industry events, trade shows, and conferences where engineering leaders gather. Collaborate with product marketing on positioning, content, and sales enablement assets that resonate with deeply technical buyers. Your Experience 5+ years in B2B demand generation marketing at a technical SaaS or engineering software company. An engineering degree or deep experience in marketing to engineers. You can hold your own in a conversation about E/E architecture, PLM, or systems engineering. Proven track record of building pipeline at enterprise accounts (100K+ ACV). Experience with ABM tools and tactics, and AI-native content creation across all formats (video, images, social, and written). Comfort working in a small, fast-moving team where you own outcomes, not just activities. Native-level English required. German is a strong plus. Based in Berlin or willing to relocate. Why SPREAD?
