This role plays a key part in ensuring that employees are informed, aligned, and motivated about our strategy—primarily within QuillBot (~80%), with additional project-based support for Learneo Corporate (~20%).This person works cross-functionally with leaders across the organization, including the QuillBot CEO, Chief of Staff, VP of HR and Learneo corporate leaders, to deliver clear, consistent, and timely communications that support business priorities and drive strategic alignment.ResponsibilitiesExecute and operationalize internal communications strategy by turning high-level goals into clear, actionable communications across channelsPlan and deliver internal communications for QuillBot, including:Company-wide announcements and business updatesMessaging and materials for Town Hall meetings, AMAs, planning, and company momentsDrafting and editing communications from executive and functional leaders including strategy roll-outs and updates, presentations, emails.Contribute to communication efforts that support core business rhythms, including onboarding, planning, and progress reportingSupport cross-company communications efforts for Learneo, including:Helping review and improve messaging for corporate communicationsContributing and driving execution of project-based communications initiatives (acquisition, re-orgs)Coordinate communications logistics and planning, including maintaining comms calendars, aligning on timing, organizing and updating comms material for the business, and managing internal channels (e.g., Slack, email, town halls)Collaborate with the People and Recruiting teams to support communications around HR programs, benefits, and internal employer brand messagingHelp execute communication plans for key change initiatives, high-impact projects, and organizational updatesEnsure internal messaging reflects inclusive language and reinforces company values, partnering with HR and leaders as neededContribute to communications planning by sharing input and partnering with stakeholders to ensure clarity, tone, and timing are effectiveQualifications7–12 years of experience in internal or corporate communications, ideally in high-growth or global remote organizationsA minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any disciplineComfort advising and partnering with executives, with the judgment to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentialityAbility to translate complex strategies into clear, compelling communications across multiple channels (Slack, email, intranet, town halls)Strong track record drafting and editing executive communications, including presentations, emails, and strategy rolloutsExperience working effectively with leaders and functions across the organization to align on messaging and communications needsExcellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a focus on clarity, tone, and inclusivityFamiliarity with communications platforms and tools (Slack, intranets, video platforms)Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage calendars, timelines, and competing prioritiesHigh attention to detail and ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environmentScope and ExpectationsThis role is focused on execution with ownership—taking initiative, managing communications with care, and contributing meaningfully to how the company communicates internally.
