You will serve as the single-threaded marketing owner for the provider audience, responsible for defining and scaling the provider marketing strategy to drive acquisition, engagement, and long-term provider value. This role will play a critical part in advancing key company priorities, including insurance adoption, and will operate as the primary marketing partner to cross-functional teams shaping the provider experience.What are we looking for?We are looking for a strategic, highly autonomous marketing leader to own Provider Brand and Integrated Marketing at BetterHelp.This individual will define and drive the end-to-end provider marketing strategy, translating business priorities into integrated programs that influence provider acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention. As the team’s subject matter expert on the provider audience, you will shape how BetterHelp positions itself to therapists and clinicians, and partner cross-functionally to influence product, operations, and growth strategies.The ideal candidate brings deep experience in healthcare or provider-focused marketing, with a strong understanding of how to engage professional audiences such as therapists, clinicians, or other licensed providers.
