The Senior Marketing Manager will develop and execute a comprehensive 360-degree marketing strategy that elevates the company brand locally and globally. This role demands a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, and luxury retail. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in scaling brands internationally, leveraging automation, and driving customer engagement through CRM.Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and implement a global marketing strategy that aligns with Company's brand vision and business objectives. Lead and manage the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability. Drive 360-degree marketing campaigns encompassing digital, retail, e-commerce, and CRM channels.2. Brand Development and Positioning: Elevate Company's brand identity across all touch points, ensuring consistency and alignment with our luxury positioning. Oversee the creation and execution of compelling marketing content that resonates with our target audiences.3. Digital and E-commerce Marketing: Lead the digital marketing strategy, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing, to drive online sales and brand awareness. Optimize the e-commerce platform for user experience, conversion rate, and customer retention.4.
