What you'll be doing Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects related to fleet operations, quality standards, and structural improvements. Drive implementation of strategic fleet initiatives, ensuring alignment across Operations, Finance, Legal, HR, and Compliance. Strengthen and further develop Fleet Quality & Excellence frameworks and processes. Support regulatory and legal alignment by translating requirements into practical operational safeguards. Contribute to topics related to commercial and employment law by ensuring operational readiness and structured documentation. Support GDPR-related implementation and awareness in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. Conduct risk assessments and proactively identify operational or compliance gaps. Improve governance structures, documentation standards, and audit preparedness. Act as a senior point of contact for complex, high-impact fleet topics. Responsible for overseeing the Excellence of Processes. Your work will directly influence operational stability, risk mitigation, and the long-term quality of our fleet ecosystem. Our humble expectations 4+ years of experience in operations, project management, governance, or similar strategic roles. Experience leading cross-functional projects in dynamic environments. Strong analytical and structured thinking skills. Solid understanding of commercial and employment law principles is a plus. Familiarity with GDPR requirements in Germany and the EU is beneficial.
