About This Role: We are looking for a Senior Product Designer, Design Systems to join our Product Design team in Berlin. Responsibilities: In this role, you will: Translate the design system strategy into detailed design specifications and executable work, focusing on multi-brand, multi-platform evolution. Implement and maintain a scalable token structure, ensuring a single source of truth for our design and engineering teams. Ensure accessibility principles are implemented and validated within the core components of the design system. Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless adoption and integration of the design system. Lead the creation of educational resources, providing formal mentorship and facilitating workshops to raise the proficiency of cross-functional teams in design systems. Execute the integration of new design system capabilities, including exploration and implementation of AI technologies to streamline workflows. Your Profile: We're looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in digital product design, with 4+ years dedicated to building and successfully scaling multi-brand, multi-platform design systems. Who is passionate and dedicated to creating exceptional user experiences that drive innovation. Expert-level proficiency in Figma and a proven mastery in successfully integrating and scaling tools like Token Studio, Storybook, and StyleDictionary in complex multi-brand environments. Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration, Excellent communication skills, user education, feedback collection, speed, and agility.
