The Coca-Cola Company is in the middle of a genuine digital transformation, and this team is at the center of it. We are building an in-house product design practice from the ground up, embedded inside cross-functional product teams that have real ownership and real mandate to change how digital experiences work at one of the world's most recognized brands. We're building out a high team of designers that know how to deliver modern, seamless user experiences that drive impact across the business and becomes the model for how The Coca-Cola Company approaches digital transformation around the globe. That means bringing together designers who combine forward thinking with the ability to deliver quality at speed, people who can set the standard, not just meet it. As a Senior Product Designer, you will own experience design across a portion of our business, identifying and driving meaningful changes alongside your product partners, working on everything from consumer-facing journeys to the internal tools that power sales, service, and operations. This is not a role defined by executional handoffs. You will be in discovery, shaping what gets built, and accountable for quality through delivery into live experiences. What You Will Work On Our product teams touch the full digital stack of a global CPG business. Depending on where you land, your work could span: Consumer-facing digital experiences across Coca-Cola's brand portfolio Sales and service workflows used by the teams who serve our retail and foodservice partners Operational tools and platforms that connect the business end to end Emerging AI-enabled experiences as we integrate intelligent systems into our products Problem spaces vary, but the expectation is consistent: you will design for real users, work closely with product managers, engineers and researchers to ship experiences that matter. Responsibilities Product Design and Craft Lead design for a product area or journey, from discovery through delivery and iteration. Translate user needs and business context into clear UX vision, using interaction models, flows, and high-fidelity designs Create wireframes, prototypes, and polished visuals that communicate ideas and drive alignment Discovery and Iteration Contribute to discovery through research synthesis, journey mapping, and rapid prototyping Participate in user research and testing sessions to validate assumptions and refine solutions Use data and qualitative insight together to inform design decisions and prioritization Experience Quality and Systems Design end-to-end experiences that consider the full journey across digital and service touchpoints Apply and help build shared design systems, patterns, and accessibility standards Hold a high bar for quality, consistency, usability, and craft across everything you ship Collaboration and Delivery Partner with engineering to support quality implementation and iteration post-launch Communicate design intent, rationale, and tradeoffs clearly to cross-functional partners Engage in critique and feedback to raise the quality of the team's work collectively What We Are Looking For Required 5 to 8 years of UX, product design, interaction design experience Ability to clearly articulate of tradeoffs of tools or stages of design, particularly use of AI within your design process A portfolio showing shipped digital products that solved real problems and delivered business impact Strong artifacts and case studies that demonstrate skill maturity of interaction design, information architecture, and visual design for web and mobile Proficiency in Figma, Figma MCP x Claude Code for design and prototyping Solid grounding in user-centered design, usability principles, and accessibility standards Ability to operate effectively in empowered, cross-functional teams where you own your problem space Experience designing complex workflows, operational tools, or data-rich products Background in enterprise or ecosystem products that span multiple user roles or touchpoints Exposure to AI-enabled or intelligent systems, including agentic or generative experiences Experience contributing to or building design systems and shared experience frameworks Core Skills Collaborative Product Thinking: You connect user needs, business context, and technical constraints into a clear experience direction. You grasp the tradeoffs between usability, feasibility and time to value. Design Craft: You apply your taste and skills to produce intuitive, accessible interaction and visual design with attention to detail and quality. AI-forward processes Builder-Mindset: This shows up in AI prototyping and iteration - You explore, concept and test ideas quickly and build conviction. You know how to use Figma MCP, Claude Code to iterate and refine ideas into concrete, holistic approaches. Systems Thinking: You design for coherence across journeys, platforms, and touchpoints, not just individual screens. Storytelling and Communication: You work effectively across disciplines and communicate design intent with clarity. Location This role is based at Coca-Cola's global headquarters in Atlanta, GA. We work a hybrid schedule of three days per week in office, designed to support the kind of collaborative, in-person design culture we are building. Atlanta is a city on the rise, with a growing tech and creative scene, a relatively low cost of living compared to coastal markets, and Coca-Cola at the center of it.
