Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager (m/f/d) to own and scale our acquisition and conversion rate optimization efforts across the funnel – from first landing page visit to checkout and beyond. This role is crucial for driving growth and ensuring that every touchpoint of our customer journey is optimized for clarity, trust, and impact. You’ll bring deep expertise in CRO, e-commerce, funnels, and landing page optimization, with a proven track record in direct-to-consumer product organizations. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Design, Marketing, and Engineering to create meaningful improvements that directly impact revenue and customer experience. What you will do Lead CRO initiatives across the entire funnel: landing pages, onboarding flow, basket, checkout, overall website usability and navigability improvements. Create a strategy for Product Acquisition and translate it into a roadmap. Define hypotheses, design and run A/B tests, and systematically improve conversion rates. Collaborate with Product, Growth, Design, and Engineering to execute changes quickly and effectively. Develop and maintain a structured experimentation framework, ensuring statistical rigor and actionable insights. Analyze performance data to identify friction points, drop-offs, and opportunities for optimization. Bring a strong UX perspective: create smooth, trustworthy, and engaging experiences that convert. Create compelling product briefs and implementation specifications to ensure an efficient execution of the roadmap. Act as a CRO expert within the company: upskill teams, share knowledge, and push for a culture of testing and learning. What you bring 5+ years experience in Product Management in a data-driven environment Experience in e-commerce and/or D2C organizations Experience in landing page optimization, funnel design, and basket/checkout improvements is a big plus. Proven track record in creating a strategy for your product area and translating it into a roadmap to be executed. Experience in driving a roadmap and in executing it independently with your assigned team. Experience in leading a multi-disciplinary team of developers, product designer, product manager, while collaborating with other functions such as Data Team. Strong understanding of UX, user psychology, and customer behavior. Skilled in A/B testing tools, analytics platforms, and experimentation frameworks. High agency, self-starter mentality: you take ownership, move fast, and drive results. Excellent communicator with experience working in cross-functional teams. Fluent in English; German is a plus.
