your missionOwn the vision, strategy, and roadmap for intelligence and analytics within Matrix42's service management platform. This is a high-ownership role at the intersection of service management expertise, analytical product thinking, and modern AI.What you'll doOwn the intelligence & analytics roadmap end-to-endDefine success metrics and build ROI narratives for IT leaders and decision-makersDrive validation through prototyping and rapid experimentationShape self-service analytics experiences — configurable dashboards, portals, guided workflowsCollaborate with engineering, data, product marketing, UX, and go-to-market teamsEngage directly with enterprise customers and partners to shape directionyour profileExperience in ITSM/ESM or service management softwareStrong analytical mindset with background in analytics, BI, or data-driven productsPractical AI/ML exposure and a prototyping-first approachCustomer-facing product management experience in enterprise SaaSAbility to communicate across C-level, sales, and engineering stakeholdersFamiliarity with service management platforms and self-service designLocation: Europe Remote - (Germany or Romania are preferred)why us?This is a great opportunity to contribute to the future of a leading Service Management software vendor and drive innovation in a cloud-first, AI-powered ecosystem.
