This person reports to senior leadership and works directly with Finance, Operations, IT, HR, and the executive team. The role sits at the intersection of M&A execution and operational transformation.You will own the transaction playbook from diligence through stabilization, and you will run cross-functional strategic initiatives between deals. This is not a PMO seat running status reports. It is an operator role for someone who has personally led transactions as the PMP across multiple years and knows what breaks in both diligence and integration.What You Will DoLead due diligence workstreams, including functional diligence coordination, risk identification, and integration feasibility assessmentLead end-to-end post-merger integration for acquired businesses, including Day 1 readiness, functional workstream coordination, systems cutover, and synergy trackingBuild and maintain the transaction playbook, including DD checklists, integration plans, and 100-day roadmapsRun strategic initiatives across the company, including ERP and quoting system improvements, service operations optimization, and cross-functional process workPartner with Finance on synergy modeling, tracking, and reporting to the executive teamCoordinate with Corp Dev and outside advisors to ensure integration feasibility is built into deal thesis before closeManage competing priorities across multiple active workstreams without losing execution disciplineWhat You BringMust-haveMultiple years of transaction experience covering both due diligence and post-deal integrationDirectly led transactions as the PMP, not in a supporting rolePMP certification3 to 7 years of total experienceTrack record of running cross-functional initiatives with measurable P&L impactPreferredConstruction, security, fire, low-voltage, MEP, specialty contracting, or similar B2B services environmentExperience at a small consultancy where you owned client work directly rather than observing itExperience with M&A process management tools (such as Midaxo)Strong financial literacy and fluency with synergy trackingWillingness to travel to acquired sites and UT offices as neededPay Range $100,000—$130,000 USDBenefitsHealth, dental, and vision coverageLife insurance401 (k) w/company match 100% up to 3% and an additional 50% match of 2%Paid time off 11 Paid HolidaysWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
