What You’ll DoBuild high-impact solutionsDevelop, test and deploy reliable, scalable software in a high-traffic environment, embedding AI-first capabilitiesBreak down complex problems into pragmatic solutions that deliver value fastContinuously improve performance, maintainability and system reliabilityOwn systems end to endTake responsibility for design, implementation, deployment and production operationsParticipate in on-call rotations and incident resolutionProactively identify technical debt and improvement opportunitiesEnsure systems are observable, resilient and ready to scaleDesign robust and scalable architecturesContribute to architecture decisions with a strong understanding of trade-offs (performance, cost, scalability, security)Design APIs and services that integrate smoothly within a complex travel ecosystemApply security-by-design principles to protect customers and business operationsWork with a strong product & data mindsetCollaborate closely with Product Managers to align technical decisions with business goalsUse data and feedback to validate impact and guide improvementsEnable experimentation, iteration and continuous learningContribute to engineering excellenceUphold high standards in code quality, testing and documentationActively participate in code reviews and knowledge sharingHelp evolve engineering practices, tooling and team maturityQualifications What We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for engineers who think in systems, care about impact, and take ownership beyond their code.Your profile:Strong software engineering fundamentals in at least one modern programming languageExperience building and operating production systemsSolid understanding of APIs, distributed systems and integrationsAwareness of performance, scalability and security best practicesComfortable with testing, version control and CI/CD practicesProduct-oriented mindset and ability to translate business needs into technical solutionsStrong ownership, autonomy and collaboration skillsGood communication in English and FrenchAdditional Information⚡ Our Recruitment ProcessWe believe in a fast, transparent, and human recruitment process.Here’s what you can expect:Intro Call with a Talent Acquisition Partner (30/45 min) – Get to know each other!
