Senior Web & UI Designer (m/f/d)

At path digital, we create high-end websites, landing pages, and digital experiences for ambitious B2B SaaS companies. Our work sits at the intersection of strategy, design, branding, AI, and Webflow development. We are looking for a Senior Web & UI Designer (m/f/d) who can turn client briefs into sharp, premium, conversion-focused website experiences in Figma. This is not a pure graphic design role, not a logo design role, and not a Webflow developer role. We are looking for someone who can think conceptually, design with taste, communicate with clients, and prepare clean handovers for Webflow development. Tasks What you’ll work on High-end websites and landing pages UI/UX concepts for digital experiences Digital brand extensions based on existing brands Figma design systems, components, and responsive layouts Software/product illustrations and custom visuals Webflow-ready developer handovers Client communication in calls and Slack AI-assisted visual workflows using tools like Midjourney, Claude, Higgsfield, or similar Requirements What we’re looking for Strong portfolio with modern web/UI work Excellent Figma skills Strong eye for typography, color, layout, spacing, and visual hierarchy Ability to think conceptually, not just execute tasks Good understanding of UX, conversion, and implementation constraints Confidence in client communication Experience working with developers Curiosity and fluency around modern AI tools Fluent English communication Nice to have Webflow understanding Motion design experience Adobe Creative Cloud skills Branding experience SaaS, tech, B2B, startup, or agency experience Benefits What we offer Full-time role with real ownership Competitive salary depending on your skills High-quality client projects Direct collaboration with strategy, design, and Webflow development A modern workflow using Figma, Webflow, Slack, AI tools, and async collaboration Room to shape visual direction, systems, and creative standards A team that values taste, precision, autonomy, and clear thinking Remote job What makes path digital different We care deeply about craft, speed, and strategic thinking.
