Software Engineer: Full Stack, Product Engagement

About the roleThatch is rewiring how health benefits work. We build software that gives employees real control over how they use their benefits.We're looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our Product Engagement team and improve how members and employers experience Thatch, from account creation through enrollment.You’ll work on the product surfaces and systems that drive activation and engagement. That includes building user-facing features, the backend systems that support them, and the instrumentation needed to understand what’s working.This is a product engineering role. You’ll work across the stack, partner closely with product and design, and ship changes that directly impact how customers experience Thatch. What you will doOwn and improve core product flows related to onboarding, activation, and enrollment.Build and ship full stack features, from backend services to user-facing interfaces.Instrument product surfaces to understand user behavior and identify opportunities for improvement.
