Strategy - Senior

Eight Advisory was founded in 2009 in France by 8 former partners of Arthur Andersen / Big4 companies as a firm specialized in Transaction Services, Restructuring, and Transformation. Today, Eight Advisory has grown to 850+ employees (including 102 partners) in France, the UK, Belgium, Netherlands, USA (New York), Spain, Germany and Switzerland. Together with the Eight International Network, counting over 650 employees in more than 20 countries, we respond to a growing demand for financial advice from private equity firms, medium- and large-sized corporates, and investment banks.We are currently looking for an ambitious and diligent individual to join our Strategy team in Cologne as a Senior. As a Senior, you will:Collaborate with experts in transformation, restructuring, valuations, tax, and transaction services, focusing on strategic and operational aspects of transformation projects.Rapidly identify and analyze key risks and opportunities in strategy , and design operational solutionsIntegrate strategic and operational findings into financial analysis and business plans, working closely with transaction services, valuations, and restructuring teamsDevelop implementation plans and initiate actionsPrepare presentations and reports for key stakeholders (e.g., board members, investors, M&A advisors, C-suite management)Maintain direct client contact, participate in due diligence and strategy projects, and present results to clientsGuide and mentor junior team membersFacilitate workshops and meetings with clients to gather requirements and provide updatesContribute to business development activities, including proposal writing and client pitchesReceive personalized coaching from a dedicated counselor for your personal and professional developmentTo ensure that we find the best candidate for this position, we expect we expect the following from our future Senior: Master's degree with excellent grades from a renowned university/business school, preferably in economics, engineering, science, business administration, or business economics 2-4 years of experience in transaction, strategy, operations consulting, or a related field (e.g., M&A, Strategy, Business Development) at a top-tier consultancy firm Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills Experience in preparing and delivering presentations to senior stakeholders Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously High level of attention to detail and accuracy Entrepreneurial mindset with a practical and creative approach to problem-solving Eagerness to work on cross-border assignments Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Motivated, proactive, reliable, and resilient under stress Proven team leadership skills Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Fluency in German and English Find more English Speaking Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow
