SubroIQ is seeking a Subrogation Collections Specialist as we continue to grow our team! In this position, you will utilize sound judgment and strong negotiation skills to meet recovery goals and satisfy client expectations.Job Responsibilities:Communicate and negotiate directly with responsible parties, attorneys, and insurance carriers via telephone and email to resolve claims with paymentLocate the best contact information for responsible parties through manual skip tracing, internet searches, and review of claim documents Generate leads and conversations through a high volume of inbound/outbound callsManage and prioritize a high volume of inventory with consistent follow-upExercise independent judgment in determining the best path to recoveryMaintain minimum account work standards, as assigned by managementJob Requirements:1 year of 3rd-party collections and/or subrogation experience is requiredStrong negotiation skillsEffective conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate difficult situationsGoal orientedCritical thinkerProfessional in both verbal and written communicationProficient with Microsoft OfficeCustomer service experience is requiredCompensation and Benefits: $17-19 (DOE) per hour plus commission Benefits package with health, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage options401(k) retirement plan option with company matchingGenerous paid time off policy - start with 18 days per yearPaid holidays immediately upon hire - 7 standard holidays & 2 floating holidays of your choiceWe look forward to you joining our team!ARMStrong Insurance Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
