This leader will act as the connective tissue between our clients’ technology priorities and Guidehouse’s full breadth of Salesforce Platform Capabilities and solutions. As a trusted advisor and strategic partner to technology executives, the Technical Account Lead plays a critical role in account growth, client relationship development, innovation, ecosystem partner engagement, and delivery excellenceDrive Growth and Execute the PipelineOwn the technology sales targets across Salesforce for SLG accounts.Shape and convert a robust Salesforce Platform solutions opportunity pipeline in alignment with client transformation goals.Collaborate closely with Account Leads and industry teams to define Salesforce-specific growth strategiesBuild Deep Client RelationshipsServe as the senior technology point of contact for client CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and their teams in the SLG industryExpand Guidehouse’s brand visibility and credibility with key technology decision-makers and influencers.Identify emerging client challenges and proactively position Guidehouse Salesforce solutions.Lead Salesforce Go-to-Market Efforts in SLGRepresent the full suite of Guidehouse Salesforce capabilities and Solution offerings.Architect forward-thinking solutions in partnership with delivery and solution engineering teams.Align Guidehouse’s technology offerings to sector-specific needsEcosystem Partnership and Co-SellingEngage with Salesforce ecosystem partners to co-develop solutions and sell to clientsLeverage partner programs and go-to-market activity to enhance client offerings and accelerate sales.Serve as the industry point-of-contact and relationship manager with Salesforce Solution sales teams for target accountsEnsure Delivery ExcellenceCapture client feedback to inform continuous improvement and long-term account strategySecure positive customer satisfaction for future past performance referencesWhat You Will Need:Minimum of TEN (10) years of experience in technology consulting, digital transformation, or enterprise IT services.Proven track record of account growth and client relationship development for Salesforce SolutionsDeep understanding of Salesforce ecosystem and familiarity with co-selling with and building joint solutionsStrong communication and executive presence with a consultative mindset.Strong relationships with SLG executivesKnowledge of SLG organization’s technology environmentWhat Would Be Nice To Have:Prior experience leading Salesforce sales teams at a top-tier consulting or technology firm.Technical degree or certifications in Salesforce.The annual salary range for this position is $226,000.00-$376,000.00.
