Role Overview: We are hiring for our sister app - Dostt , an audio and video platform. Currently, we operate in Tamil. As we expand rapidly, we are seeing significant growth.We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele Caller to join our team. The Tele Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential leads, understanding their needs, and offering suitable services & onboarding them to the platform. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to handle rejections professionally.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential and existing hosts/partners.Onboard and train new hosts as per platform guidelines.Assist users with profile completion, onboarding steps, and activation.Follow up on pending onboarding and verification activities.Engage with existing hosts to improve platform activity and retention.Contact inactive users and work towards reactivation.Educate hosts about platform features, policies, incentives, and opportunities.Resolve basic host concerns and coordinate escalations with internal teams.Maintain detailed records of calls, follow-ups, onboarding status, and escalations.Achieve daily/weekly/monthly operational and productivity targets.Ensure professional communication and positive host experience during interactions.Stay updated with platform processes, operational changes, and promotional activities.RequirementsBachelor’s degree preferred.Proven experience as a Telecaller, Customer Support Executive, Retention Executive, or in a similar role.Excellent verbal communication skills in Kannada/Telugu/Malayalam/Tamil/Hindi (Read, Write & Speak preferred).Strong listening, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.Ability to handle repetitive follow-ups and target-based work environments.Comfortable handling host rejection and difficult conversations professionally.Basic knowledge of computer operations, CRM tools, Google Sheets, and Excel.Ability to work independently in a remote setup.Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within teams.Why Join Us?We’re scaling fast with strong fundamentals, on a mission to empower millions through AI and access.
