Position SummaryAt OpenSymmetry, the Test Lead plays a critical role in ensuring the success of testing activities across incentive compensation implementation projects. This role is responsible for leading and coordinating all aspects of the testing lifecycle, including conducting status meetings, preparing documentation, tracking progress, directing internal and external testing resources, creating test cases, documenting results, and managing defect tracking. The Test Lead will also be expected to create comprehensive test strategies for new implementations, review design specifications, and translate customer requirements into effective testing approaches.Beyond execution, this position emphasizes leadership and strategic oversight, guiding and coaching team members through the testing process, gathering and analyzing testing metrics, and using those insights to drive decision-making, improve predictability, and enhance overall quality.
