Strategic Networking: Proactively scout, build, and nurture a premium network of clients, strategic allies, and institutional stakeholders to expand the business footprint. Project & Campaign Delivery: Direct cross-functional internal teams from concept to execution on high-priority business initiatives and target-audience campaigns. Strategic Insights: Track competitor moves and macroeconomic trends to pivot internal strategies swiftly and secure first-mover advantages. Operational Governance: Align with senior leadership to set aggressive operational targets, ensuring day-to-day execution maps perfectly to the overarching company mission. Requirements Proven experience in venture capital, private equity, or startup environments, with a focus on go-to-market strategies. Strong understanding of demographics and the ability to engage and connect with new business opportunities by onesef only. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess market opportunities and make data-driven investment decisions. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to build relationships with founders, entrepreneurs, and stakeholders. Fluency in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in German is a plus.
