Let’s build wellness for millions together.What We're Looking ForWe’re looking for a Product Growth Manager who will create and optimize acquisition funnels for one of our health and fitness apps, with a strong focus on subscription conversion, ARPU growth and audience expansion. You will combine data, experimentation and user insight to design meaningful funnel and monetization improvements that reach and help millions of users.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and prioritize hypotheses to improve the conversion and ARPU of our quiz funnels which drive the majority of new user acquisitionOwn end-to-end funnel experiments: plan, launch, analyze, and iterate via A/B testsDevelop deep product insight through analytics, user feedback, competitor research, and learning from our experiment historySupport acquisition by building tailored end-to-end experiences for different audiences and traffic sourcesPartner closely with design, engineering, analytics, content, and product teams to ship funnel improvementsContinuously translate experiment results into stronger follow-up hypotheses and next testsManage users' expectations on their way to a healthier life and create a bridge between marketing and product activities.Create new, innovative funnel concepts that capture emerging health and fitness trendsRequired Skills3+ years in Growth, Product, Product Marketing or CRO/Experimentation rolesStrong experimentation expertise and understanding of A/B testing methodsSolid UX and user research knowledgeStrong analytical skills and comfort working with product dataEnglish proficiency B2+Candidate Journey️⭕️ Recruiter Call → ⭕️ Meet a team member → ️⭕️ Skills Assessment → ️⭕️ Leadership Interviews Why You’ll Love Being Part of WelltechGrow Together: Join a culture that champions both personal and professional growth.
