Tasks AI training & coaching (~40%) Deliver live AI trainings for enterprise clients: AI Contests, workshops, hackathons, and coaching sessions (virtually and occacionly on-site) Facilitate sessions for audiences from 10 to 200+ participants, from first-time AI users to advanced builders Adapt content to different industries, roles, and skill levels while keeping sessions hands-on and practical Coach individuals and small groups on applying AI to their actual work (prompting, workflows, agents, custom GPTs) Be willing to work yourself into new tools quickly if a client needs it. Today it might be Copilot, tomorrow it could be something entirely different AI research & program development (~40%) Stay on top of the full AI ecosystem: Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure AI, OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, open-source models, and emerging tools Test new tools and workflows hands-on and assess what actually matters for enterprise use cases Collaborate with instructional designers and Senior Learning Consultants on designing enterprise AI upskilling programs Contribute subject-matter expertise to program architecture: which tools to teach, what depth to cover, how to sequence topics Help develop training materials: session decks, exercises, prompting challenges, hackathon briefs, and reference guides Bring learner feedback and field experience back into program design so content stays current and useful Internal AI & process improvement (~15%) Identify opportunities to automate, streamline, or improve internal B&P processes with AI Build and maintain internal AI workflows, automations, and agents that make the team more productive Be the person who walks the talk: our own operations should be a reference point for what we teach Thought leadership & personal brand (~5%) We actively encourage you to position yourself as an enterprise AI expert on LinkedIn Share training stories, tool reviews, and opinions from the field This is not something we tolerate on the side, it is something we genuinely want you to do because it makes you better at your job and benefits the whole team Requirements Must have Deep, hands-on knowledge of the current AI tool landscape Strong knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem (Copilot, M365, Azure AI) Experience building AI agents and automations (Power Automate, Make, Copilot Studio, or similar) Experience delivering trainings, workshops, or coaching sessions to professional audiences virtually and on-site Ability to explain complex technical topics in a way that is clear, engaging, and actionable for non-technical audiences Fluent in both German and English with the ability to deliver trainings in both languages Great communication skills in written and spoken form.
