As the Account Executive, you will be focused on winning new business in the SMB market, speaking to C-level and HR executives across a wide range of business verticals. You will pitch, demo, present, and close deals end-to-end, with the majority (70%) of your leads coming from our energetic SDR team. This being said, a drive to generate your own leads and the ability to manage your own sales pipeline is a must. Your key focus areas will be: Business development - you will hunt new business with a consultative approach Managing a sales cycle from start to finish - prospect, pitch, demo, present, close Confidently presenting to decision-makers like C-suite executives and being able to negotiate appropriately Working closely with the SDR Team to qualify opportunities and close deals Maintaining a robust pipeline to meet your assigned monthly quota Using Salesforce CRM to ensure customer data is correct and up-to-date Collaborating with the client experience team to ensure a seamless implementation Be proactive in monitoring and providing feedback to the product and engineering team to help drive product excellence. For this role, you’ll also bring: Experience in B2B SaaS sales (HR and Payroll SaaS experience is an asset) Experienced in selling to SMBs Experience running an end-to-end sales process (closing deals) Confident in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment Proven track record of success and consistently exceeding targets in sales Hungry, curious, tenacious & a team player Bilingual in French and English (verbal and written) is an asset.
