You will work at the intersection of business and technology on a real, live product used by 10,000+ users, developed for a large client from the automotive industry.The current Product Owner will support knowledge transfer - this is a planned handover, ensuring a smooth transition and continuity. Your main responsibilities:Stakeholder collaboration Act as a key point of contact between client stakeholders and delivery teamsLead communication with business representatives on the client sideElicit requirements, clarify expectations, and align priorities across multiple stakeholdersTranslate business needs into clear product direction for the development teamSupport knowledge sharing, communication, and alignment within the projectProduct ownershipTake over ownership of an existing product backlog and ensure a smooth transitionStructure, maintain, and prioritize the product backlogTranslate business and technical requirements into initiatives, epics, and user storiesLead product backlog refinements and support sprint planning activitiesDefine acceptance criteria and accept completed user storiesEnsure clarity of scope, priorities, and goals for the development teamPlanning & coordinationPrepare initiatives and objectives for PI Planning and quarterly planning cyclesSupport definition of PI Objectives and contribute to product roadmapsWork closely with development teams to refine scope and assess feasibilityCoordinate dependencies and align priorities with business stakeholdersQuality & transparencyEnsure delivered functionality meets agreed requirements and quality expectationsSupport functional testing and validation of delivered featuresMonitor progress and proactively identify risks or delivery challengesEnsure transparent communication and regular status updates to stakeholdersJob requirementsHands-on experience working as a Product Owner or in a similar product-focused role in ITTechnical background ideally experience as a technical tester, developer, or a graduate of technical studiesGood understanding of Python-based systems and modern software architecturesAbility to comfortably collaborate with engineers and understand technical trade-offsStrong practical knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe)Experience managing product backlogs and writing clear, actionable user storiesAbility to take ownership of an existing product and continue its developmentStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work independently and make product-related decisionsUnderstanding of software development lifecycle and quality assurance practicesHigh level of ownership, accountability, and transparencyFluent English (C1 level) is a must Discover our perks & benefits:Work in a supportive team of passionate enthusiasts of AI & Big Data.Engage with top-tier global enterprises and cutting-edge startups on international projects.Enjoy flexible work arrangements, allowing you to work remotely or from modern offices and coworking spaces.
