Associate Client Enablement (m/f/x)

Your Role Take ownership of daily financing operations and platform configurations Monitor payment flows, perform reconciliations and matching processes Support the preparation and execution of securities issuances and settlements Create and maintain training and information materials (e.g. Helpdesk articles) Support clients and internal teams with customized reports and data analyses Coordinate and respond to requests from our international clients Drive quick, professional issue resolution and help deliver an outstanding user experience Collaborate closely with our Sales and Client Success teams to identify new customer potential and strengthen existing relationships Your Profile Completed university degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a technical field — alternatively, vocational training in banking or financial services Initial practical experience in finance, banking, fintech, or a related area is a plus A proactive, goal-driven, and service-minded team player who thrives on cross-team collaboration and making an impact for our clients Analytical and structured in your approach, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results Tech-savvy and curious; proficient with MS Office and eager to deepen your skills in BI and low-code tools — previous experience with tools like Power BI is a plus Excellent German and English language skills; additional foreign language skills are a plus Our Offer Benefit from attractive compensation and benefits including Corporate Benefits, and your choice of either a Wellpass membership or a SpenditCard Enjoy 28 days of annual leave plus extra paid days off on December 24 and 31 Join our international team in our Munich office near Donnersbergerbrücke, with the option of a hybrid setup Grow through sophisticated training and development opportunities and enjoy regular events fostering team spirit Experience true ownership Are you up for the challenge?
