Your Role As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for our English- and French‑speaking independent sales consultants (“Demonstrators”). You will support them in developing their businesses by delivering excellent service and practical guidance. Tasks Deliver high‑quality customer service via inbound calls, emails and chat to English and French Demonstrators Identify coaching opportunities during calls and share information that helps improve business success Handle calls efficiently while maintaining high productivity and service standards Track and document Demonstrator inquiries and issues using Score Incidents Participate actively in team meetings, training sessions, and continuous learning initiatives Stay up to date on company policies, procedures, and programs by regularly reviewing internal resources, emails, and website updates Support additional projects as needed, including welcome calls and outbound retention activities Requirements Completed secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent) Fluent verbal and written communication skills both in English and French (mandatory) Strong customer service mindset with a genuine desire to help others succeed Confident user of Microsoft Word and Excel Fast and accurate data entry and typing skills High attention to detail and ability to identify and correct errors Basic knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting, or finance is an advantage Previous experience in an administrative office role is beneficial Call center experience is a plus but not essential Additional language skills in German and/or Dutch are an advantage Open‑minded, reliable, conscientious, and a true team player Benefits Ask our employees what they value most about working at Stampin’ Up!, and the answer is almost always the same: the people.
