Summary We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist who is fluent in Spanish to join our dynamic team based in South America. This role is vital in ensuring our Spanish-speaking clients receive exceptional service and support, helping them maximise the value of our platform and achieve their health objectives. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service and support to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. Respond to member inquiries related to subscriptions, billing, platform usage, and general support requests. Handle fitness and nutrition-related questions with an intermediate level of knowledge, escalating more complex cases when needed. Support trainers by relaying member feedback and helping resolve routine requests on their behalf. Spot recurring issues and suggest process improvements when relevant. Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent, high-quality member support. Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken. Required Skills & Experience: Previous experience in Customer Support/Member Support roles. Strong written communication skills (Spanish required). Intermediate knowledge of nutrition and fitness principles. Ability to explain fitness and nutrition concepts clearly and simply. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritise and manage multiple conversations efficiently. Team-oriented mindset.
