You'll provide virtual consultations, assess patients, prescribe and manage HRT treatments, and support ongoing care. This is a casual contractor role, fully remote role.What You'll DoConduct virtual consultations with patients experiencing perimenopause and menopause symptomsAssess patient history, symptoms, and lab results to determine HRT eligibility and appropriate treatment plansPrescribe and manage hormone replacement therapy (estrogen, progesterone, combination therapies)Order and review bloodwork and diagnostic tests as neededMonitor patients on HRT for efficacy, side effects, and necessary adjustmentsProvide patient education on treatment options, lifestyle modifications, and long-term health considerationsDocument all clinical encounters in our EMRCollaborate with our clinical team to ensure continuity of careWhat We're Looking ForRegistered Nurse Practitioner with an active licence in one or more of the following: Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta, or QuebecClinical experience in perimenopause and/or menopause careExperience prescribing and managing HRTComfortable working in a remote/telehealth environmentStrong clinical judgment and ability to work independentlyExcellent communication skills with patients and team membersNice to HaveLicence in multiple Canadian provinces, or open to pursuing themNAMS (North American Menopause Society) certification or equivalent trainingPrior experience working in a telehealth or digital health settingOriginally posted on Himalayas
