This role is well-suited for an experienced individual contributor with strong foundational HR knowledge who can operate independently, manage routine work with confidence, and partner effectively with managers and cross-functional stakeholders. You’ll be hands-on, detail-oriented, and thoughtful in how you balance people needs with business priorities.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn core People Business Partner responsibilities for an assigned Product client group, managing day-to-day work independently within established policies and practices.Provide guidance to managers on performance management, workforce planning, employee relations, coaching, and the rollout of People initiatives.Execute key People programs—such as performance cycles, engagement surveys, and talent processes—with consistency, accuracy, and strong follow-through.Use data, trends, and stakeholder insights to inform recommendations and support manager decision-making.Partner cross-functionally with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and other teams to support effective delivery of People programs and initiatives.Support organizational and structural changes by helping implement management best practices and change initiatives within the Product organization.Make sound decisions within established guidelines and escalate complex, sensitive, or high-risk situations appropriately.Skills & QualificationsFluent in English and Russian.5+ years of experience in HR, including at least 3 years in a People Business Partner or similar role, preferably within a technology or high-growth environment.Strong grounding in core HR disciplines, including employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and compliance.Produces high-quality, reliable work with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.Communicates clearly and effectively with managers and employees; sets expectations, follows through, and adjusts messaging to the audience.Demonstrates sound judgment, maintains strict confidentiality, and knows when to escalate.Builds trust quickly through responsiveness, consistency, and fairness.Comfortable using data and trends to inform basic recommendations and support People decisions.Collaborative and business-minded, balancing employee experience with organizational needs.Proactively develops PBP skills through learning, feedback, and self-improvement; shares best practices and contributes positively to team culture.BenefitsOur compensation package includes comprehensive benefits and perks, meaningful equity, and a competitive salary:31 days off100% paid telemedicine planHome Office Setup Assistance: the company offers assistance with purchasing furniture (office chair, office desk, monitor) and other items to create a comfortable workspace.English learning courses (50% reimbursement, up to $1,000 annually).Relevant professional education (50% reimbursement, up to $1,500 annually).Gym or swimming pool (50% reimbursement, up to $500 annually).Co-working (up to $250 monthly).Remote working.Please note: All official correspondence from Fundraise Up will exclusively originate from the @fundraiseup.com domain.
