Own complex sales cycles and grow long-term customer partnerships Turbit builds AI-powered solutions that tackle some of the most challenging problems in wind energy. We work closely with wind asset owners and operators to improve performance, reliability, and operational efficiency. As a Senior Account Executive, you will own strategic customer relationships end-to-end — from first conversations to long-term partnerships. You will be responsible for landing new customers, expanding existing accounts, and turning pilots into scalable commercial success. You’ll work closely with Customer Success, Product, and Revenue teams to drive sustainable growth. Tasks New Business & Deal Ownership Own complex B2B sales from first contact to close; lead customer-centric meetings, building trusted relationships with senior decision makers Pilot Ownership & Conversion Own pilots end-to-end; translate technical results into clear business impact and ROI; work closely with Turbit teams to ensure long term customer relationships Land & Expand Account Growth Grow accounts through upsell and cross-sell across fleets, regions, and Turbit solutions, driving measurable performance gains Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Customer Success, Product, and Revenue teams to align on priorities, share customer insights, and continuously improve go-to-market execution.
