Full Stack Engineer
Nooxit GmbH Berlin
full-time

About Nooxit Nooxit is building the next generation of AI-powered finance process automation for medium and large enterprises. We're putting accounting on autopilot. Our software uses modern deep learning and NLP to free finance teams from repetitive document capturing, manual compliance reporting, and tedious accounting tasks — helping them save time, prevent fraud, and stay compliant with local financial regulations across the globe. Founded in 2019 and investor-backed, we're a remote-first company headquartered in Berlin with additional space in the Cologne area. Our diverse team brings backgrounds in consulting, venture building, autonomous driving, space technology, and cognitive science. Our customers include international mid-market and enterprise companies across sectors. The Role We're looking for a Full Stack Engineer who wants to build things that matter — someone who's equally comfortable designing a clean API as they are shipping a polished frontend feature, and who genuinely cares about whether the AI behind it is actually getting things right. Our product makes critical financial decisions for enterprise customers, so accuracy isn't a nice-to-have — it's everything. We want someone who's obsessed with observability: if the AI extracts the wrong line item, misclassifies a transaction, or drifts in confidence over time, you want to know about it before anyone else does. You'll build the systems that measure, surface, and improve model performance — from evaluation pipelines and accuracy dashboards to real-time alerting on prediction quality. You'll work across the stack to develop, improve, and scale cloud-native applications while ensuring we always have a clear, data-driven picture of how our AI is performing in the wild. You'll have real ownership, creative freedom, and the opportunity to shape both the product and the engineering culture as we grow. Tasks What You'll Do Design and build highly available, scalable cloud applications end to end Develop new features and microservices within our existing infrastructure Build and own observability infrastructure for our AI systems — accuracy dashboards, performance monitoring, anomaly detection, and alerting on prediction quality Design and maintain evaluation pipelines that continuously measure model accuracy across document types, edge cases, and customer environments Define and track key performance metrics — precision, recall, confidence thresholds, drift indicators — and turn them into actionable engineering work Instrument our services with structured logging, tracing, and metrics collection to ensure full visibility into how our AI behaves in production Improve and refactor existing services for performance, reliability, and maintainability Write clean, testable, well-documented code and participate in thoughtful code reviews Collaborate closely with product, data science, and fellow engineers to ship meaningful improvements Contribute to engineering practices, tooling, and architecture decisions Requirements What We're Looking For Strong proficiency in Python and TypeScript Solid experience with Docker, Git, and cloud-based development workflows Familiarity with SQL databases (PostgreSQL preferred) Experience with or willingness to work with: Pytest, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm Comfort working across backend and frontend — you don't need to be an expert in both, but you're curious and willing to learn Experience with testing practices and a quality-first mindset A genuine passion for AI accuracy and observability — you're the kind of person who wants to understand why a model got something wrong, builds a dashboard to track it, and sets up an alert so it doesn't happen silently again Comfort with metrics and data analysis — you think in terms of precision, recall, error rates, and confidence distributions, not just "it seems to work" Proactive, communicative, and comfortable working autonomously in a remote team Be able to work within 2 hours +/- of the European timezone. Bonus Points Previous experience in a startup or fast-moving environment Hands-on experience building evaluation pipelines, accuracy benchmarks, or monitoring for ML/AI systems in production Experience with observability tools and practices (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, OpenTelemetry, structured logging, distributed tracing) Familiarity with ML metrics concepts — confusion matrices, F1 scores, calibration curves, data drift detection, A/B testing Experience working at the intersection of engineering and data science, helping translate model quality into measurable product outcomes Interest in AI/ML applications or fintech Experience mentoring other engineers or helping shape engineering processes Benefits What We Offer Fully remote — work from anywhere in the world Flexible working hours — we care about output, not clocked hours Competitive salary with room to grow as the company scales An open, diverse, and international team that values collaboration and curiosity The chance to work with renowned enterprise customers and help build what could become the next finance automation category leader Real ownership and influence over the product and engineering direction How to Apply Send us your CV — that's all we need. If you have a GitHub profile or portfolio, feel free to include it. No cover letter required. Questions? Reach out to us anytime. We look forward to hearing from you. Finance Manager (all genders)
PARTSCLOUD GmbH Berlin
full-time

Your mission Own the company's financial and operational numbers backbone. As Finance Manager, you are the go-to person for everything numbers-related, from P&L transparency and rolling forecasts to KPI ownership, investor reporting, and decision support. You don't just report what happened; you translate business changes into financial implications, keep forecasting logic sharp in a fast-moving environment, and help drive PartsCloud towards its next funding milestone. What You’ll Be Working On Maintain an accurate, trusted view of P&L, cash, runway, burn, and budget at all times – and keep forecasts dynamic and assumption-driven. Own the logic and reporting of financial and operational KPIs; help build a KPI and OKR system that connects business performance to financial outcomes. Support major decisions with robust business cases: hires, investments, tooling, pricing, and commercial initiatives. Deliver management and investor reporting; prepare reliable financial analyses for the upcoming funding round, pulling data from finance, CRM (HubSpot), and internal systems. Act as the internal owner of the relationship with the German tax advisor and drive internal stakeholders to deliver their to-dos: receipts, forecasts, invoices. Improve reporting structures, reduce manual work, and implement AI-supported workflows in reporting, variance analysis, and forecasting. Who We’re Looking For 4–7 years in finance, FP&A, controlling, or strategic finance, ideally in SaaS or a fast-moving startup environment. Strong in reporting, planning, KPI systems, and business analysis; commercially minded and detail-oriented. A clear communicator who connects with teams across the company and translates operational changes into financial meaning. Comfortable coordinating with external partners like tax advisors and presenting to investors. Excited about improving reporting processes and using AI to raise finance workflows to a meaningfully higher level. You enjoy working from the office and learning in close collaboration with the team. Not Quite Your Thing? You prefer static reports over dynamic, assumption-driven forecasting. You want a pure accounting role without strategic involvement. You're not comfortable operating in a fast-changing startup environment. You'd rather work in isolation than engage cross-functionally with teams and leadership. You prefer a fully remote setup. Vicoland gives the professional services market a new dimension: Virtual Companies – “Vicos”. We invented Vicos as a new type of supplier, more efficient than traditional professional services firms (consultancies, system integrators, agencies etc.). On our AI-driven SaaS platform, freelance experts team up to form Vicos. AI agents integrate into these teams. The Vicos then act like real companies, competing successfully for large enterprise projects. Already, 100+ Vicos with thousands of freelancers work on projects for enterprise clients like BASF, Miele, Siemens or Zeiss and many SMEs. They also serve leading professional services firms as subcontractors, including Accenture, Infosys and Roland Berger. Forbes and Forrester have named Vicoland as a leading force transforming the market. Our SAP-certified platform provides the full digital infrastructure for forming and operating Vicos: marketing, finance, legal, organization – increasingly enhanced by AI agents as productive Vico members. An important focus of our growth lies in SAP services, ranging from S/4HANA transformations to highly specific SAP application modules. We are scaling our go-to-market and need a leader who sells by shaping how enterprise clients and partners think about sourcing SAP expertise in the agentic era. Our offer to you As Strategic Business Development Director you combine four capabilities: deep SAP ecosystem knowledge, understanding of AI’s role in service delivery, strategic consulting skills, and entrepreneurial drive. You challenge how your clients source, deliver and scale SAP projects – and you show them why the Vico model is structurally superior. You operate as a trusted advisor at C-level, translating Vicoland’s platform and AI capabilities into client-specific value scenarios. You join our leadership team with end-to-end accountability: from market shaping and first pitch to delivery oversight and long-term account growth. You lead the Vicos serving your clients – acting as an entrepreneur leading entrepreneurs. Tasks Shape the market Position Vicoland as the strategic alternative to traditional consulting and SI models – with enterprise clients and subcontracting partners alike. Apply a Challenger Sale approach: question established sourcing models and demonstrate why Vicos deliver better outcomes. Plan and implement mixed human / AI offers by Vicos. Develop go-to-market strategies tailored to specific client contexts. Build thought leadership through events and LinkedIn presence. Win and grow clients Develop and own a portfolio of enterprise clients and partners – from strategic outreach through close to long-term expansion. Conduct consultative, insight-driven conversations at C-level. Translate the Vico model into concrete ROI scenarios for each client. Identify cross- and upsell opportunities with a founder’s mindset. Build pipeline strategically, not only transactionally. Lead Vicos in delivery Supervise and coach Vico Leads in your client group – hold them accountable for delivery quality and commercial performance. Activate new Vico Leads and set them up for success. Step in when needed to protect client relationships. Drive AI into Business Development Integrate Vicoland’s AI and agentic capabilities into client conversations – position the Vicoland platform and Vicos as AI-first. Use AI tools actively in your own work and contribute to the evolution of AI-powered Vico members. Shape the company Contribute to Vicoland’s strategy as a member of the leadership team. Bring market intelligence, client feedback, and competitive insight into the organization. Help define how we scale – processes, tools, talent, culture. Requirements 5+ years in the SAP ecosystem – in consulting, system integration, or SAP-adjacent advisory/sales roles. Consultative selling proven at C-level: you have won complex enterprise deals by advising, not just pitching. Challenger mindset: you shape how clients think about SAP sourcing and are comfortable challenging senior stakeholders. AI-affinity: you actively use AI tools and understand the strategic implications of agentic AI for professional services. Entrepreneurial energy – you are drawn to building markets, not administering existing ones. Own entrepreneurial experience is a strong plus. Experience leading teams or practices – you have managed people, not just projects. Strong academic background, fast career progression, proven commercial impact. Fluent in German and English (DACH is our home market, while we expand internationally). Network power: client and talent connections in the SAP ecosystem are a strong plus. Benefits Attractive compensation with fixed salary, variable component tied to the commercial success of your Vicos, and company shares (ESOP in place). Entrepreneurial key position in an industry-transforming company with direct impact on company results, the market, and your personal growth. High degree of autonomy in how you develop your client portfolio and lead your Vico group. Fast-paced environment with a highly talented team of diverse backgrounds and top-notch qualifications. Flexibility in how and where you work – remote and/or from one of our offices (Frankfurt, Walldorf, Barcelona, Berlin, Seville). Ready to shape a market?
