The People Tech & Analytics team's mission is to enable long-term scalability by fostering a data-informed culture through seamless systems and a people-centric employee experience. As part of this mission, we're now looking for a People Tech Integrations Specialist.You'll build, integrate, and maintain the systems that keep our People operations running efficiently. You'll collaborate closely with our Workday Specialists, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and IT teams to ensure that all core HR and payroll processes run smoothly across regions. What You'll Do Design and build integrations using Workday Studio, PECI, RaaS, REST/SOAP APIs, SFTP, and vendor-specific endpoints. Own the day-to-day health of integrations: monitor runs, investigate failures, analyse logs, and proactively prevent silent errors. Troubleshoot complex issues caused by upstream system changes, vendor format updates, missing or late data, and timing dependencies.
