General information Country Australia City Remote Location Job ID 48318 Department Sales Experience Level MIDSENIORLEVEL Employment Status FULL_TIME Workplace Type Remote Description & Requirements Position SummaryThe Senior Account Manager is responsible for identifying, qualifying and driving sales opportunities to successful closes. A complete understanding of business & the way it is conducted in Australia & New Zealand, is required as you position Infor solutions to customers and net new opportunities within Infor’s targeted industries. The individual must be capable of developing executive level relationships and driving sales through opportunity planning, executive involvement and value selling. The successful candidate will be capable of generating a 5x pipeline and consistent quarter-over-quarter quota achievement. A solution selling background is essential, as you position Infor solutions in the complex market of Industry focused selling. Responsibilities Become an influential person for the F&B sector industries within Infor Pacific Participate in the ongoing refinement of a go-to-market strategy specific to key verticals Ability to lead a selling cycle and engage with the customer in a positive manner with proactive account management that can predict and mitigate against potential objections Develop Account Plans against Key Accounts and Opportunities Strong and clear communication skills in order to articulate a specific sales strategy to the supporting sales team, and oversee the execution of the sales engagement Ability to perform standard sales administrative tasks including forecasting, plan to win, close plans, progress updates and territory/account heat mapping Achieve quarterly and annual key performance indicators Commercial and Contractual negotiation Role requirements Experience selling into the Business Critical Solutions within the enterprise space for more than 3 years 5 years of application software sales experience preferably in the ERP space Demonstrable sales experience with evidential attainment over the last 3 years Experience in SaaS software sales Energetic and enthusiastic approach, self-motivated and able to work and make decisions independently Bachelor Degree preferred, relevant work experience will be considered What will put you ahead MEDDPICC sales qualification A good understanding of the Distribution, Manufacturing, Logistics sector A good understanding of the ERP market within Australia About InforInfor is where ambition meets impact.
