关于我们 我们以玩家体验为核心,专注于设计创新与高质量打磨。作为Riot中国的在研项目组,我们致力于打造面向全球玩家的创新型游戏产品,通过多元协作与持续优化,让每位成员都能在平台上获得成长与成就。期待热爱游戏与创新的你加入,与我们共创未来! 岗位职责 负责项目核心用户体验、交互流程及界面设计,持续提升产品整体交互水准; 主导交互原型的构思、设计和迭代,保证玩家操作的流畅和可玩性空间的拓展; 结合产品目标和玩家需求,系统化梳理与优化交互体验,推动创新方案真正落地; 与策划、美术、程序等多团队紧密协作,确保交互设计高效实现并符合产品核心体验; 基于数据分析与用户反馈,不断优化迭代交互方案,提升核心体验指标; 关注行业趋势与竞品动态,沉淀并输出交互创新点,驱动体验突破。 任职要求 本科及以上学历,2年以上交互设计相关经验,有游戏、数字娱乐或系统产品交互经验者优先; 熟练运用主流设计与原型工具,有完整产品交互落地案例; 扎实的用户体验与交互设计理论基础,能独立梳理和优化复杂流程; 有系统思维与创新能力,关注玩家诉求,善于输出高质量设计文档和规范; 具备数据驱动的体验优化能力,能结合反馈主动推动
