Deine Aufgaben Recruiting Operations Pflege und Steuerung unseres Bewerbermanagements in Personio Koordination von Interviews, Terminen und Kommunikation mit Kandidaten Nachhalten von Status Updates, Shortlists und Feedbacks Unterstützung bei Case Prozessen und Interview Vorbereitung HR Administration und Verträge Erstellung von Vertragsunterlagen, Addendums und Standarddokumenten auf Basis unserer Vorlagen Dokumentenmanagement, Ablage, Fristen und Nachverfolgung Pflege von Mitarbeiterdaten in Personio, Dokumentation und Compliance Support Schnittstelle zu Payroll und externen Partnern (z. B.
