Strong understanding of IAM principles such as authentication, authorization, access governance, identity lifecycle management, directory synchronization, and multi-tenant access models. Hands-on experience with identity and security standards (e.g., OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, SCIM), and integration with third-party identity providers. Knowledge of GDPR, PII handling, data minimization, and regulatory requirements in identity and access systems.
